Laurence Gordo
I found Trinitron Garage Doors on Groupon and scheduled a garage door maintenance service because my door had been running pretty rough. Wesley arrived on time, inspected everything thoroughly, and quickly found that the bearings on my extension spring system were worn out. He replaced them, adjusted the track, lubricated all the moving parts, and made sure everything was working properly before he left.
The difference was incredible—the garage door runs like it’s brand new again. I really appreciated that he took the time to explain what was wrong instead of trying to sell me things I didn’t need. Honest, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Wesley and Trinitron Garage Doors!

Root Cause
Worn pulley bearings in the extension spring system were contributing to rough door movement. Replacing the worn components, adjusting the track, and lubricating the moving parts addressed the problems described in Laurence's review.
